1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible for a return if:

  • The product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product is in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation.
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for products that are damaged due to misuse, wear, or damage incurred after delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at admin@humika.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief explanation of why you would like to return it.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: After receiving your RA number, carefully pack the item in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.

3. Non-returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. These include:

  • Health monitoring devices that have been used or opened, such as blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, thermometers, and other similar products.
  • Items that are marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

4. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a full refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition.
  • The item must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation.
  • The product must not show signs of being tampered with, damaged, or altered in any way.

Please note: We reserve the right to reject returns for items that do not meet these criteria.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the product shows signs of wear or damage beyond what is deemed acceptable for resale.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different model, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the replacement product once your return is processed.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at admin@humika.xyz with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and process your return at no additional cost. If the item is indeed defective or damaged, you will receive a full refund or replacement, based on your preference.
